This site describes the homes we build. It is information, not an offer to sell and not a contract. Any home we build for you is governed by the written agreement you sign with us, which controls if anything here differs from it.
Floor plans, square footages, dimensions, renderings, and photographs are illustrative. Several models are shown as artist renderings rather than photographs of a finished home, and photographs may include finishes, landscaping, furnishings, or options that are not included in a standard build.
Square footages are approximate and measured to our own standard, which may differ from an appraiser’s. Prices, plans, specifications, materials, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation. It doesn’t reserve a homesite, fix a price, or commit either of us to anything. Please don’t send us confidential or sensitive personal information through the form.
The text, photographs, renderings, floor plans, logos, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering a home. Please don’t republish, sell, or use them commercially without our written permission.
We link to a small number of outside sites, such as our social media. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of it. This says nothing about the warranty on a home we build — that lives in your build agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
